Green Foams – Sustainable Innovation
We are committed to reducing environmental impact and lowering the carbon footprint of our foam products. Our innovative green foams are crafted primarily from Natural Oil Polyol (NOP)—a renewable material derived from castor (ricin) seeds that does not compete with the food chain.
These eco-friendly foams offer exceptional performance in elasticity, stiffness, lightweight properties, acoustic absorption, and low odor and emissions. Additionally, their production process—starting with natural oils—is simpler, safer, and more sustainable.

SKY-FX: Our First Illuminated Headliner
Driven by our dedication to enhancing in-vehicle comfort and backed by deep expertise in headliner systems, we proudly introduced SKY-FX—our first headliner with integrated lighting. This innovative solution, patented by Grupo Antolin, positions us at the forefront of interior system design, offering new possibilities in design, customization, and comfort.
SKY-FX is lined with SWAN, a specially developed multi-layer flocked fabric from Grupo Antolin. Engineered for premium performance, SWAN meets all key requirements including elongation, opacity, abrasion resistance, easy cleaning, and lightfastness—while offering exceptional customization potential.
Once trimmed, the headliner undergoes a precision laser process, enabling intricate designs and effects such as day-to-night transitions and multicolor (RGB) variations, allowing for a fully tailored visual experience.
STAR-FX: A New Dimension in Interior Lighting
Building on the success of SKY-FX, we launched STAR-FX—a revolutionary concept that incorporates LED lighting directly into the headliner, forming custom patterns and shapes. STAR-FX brings a new level of ambient design to vehicle interiors, opening the door to a range of new applications and markets driven by aesthetic innovation and immersive lighting.
Panoramic Headliner Solutions
The automotive market is increasingly embracing larger glass surfaces on vehicle rooftops to enhance natural light, visibility, and the overall sense of spaciousness within the cabin.
Leveraging our deep expertise in headliner systems, mechanisms, and integrated electronics, we offer a range of panoramic headliner solutions that seamlessly combine glass and headliner components. These systems are available in both manual and electric configurations and incorporate advanced materials and reinforcements to ensure high levels of rigidity and safety.
Panoramic Windshield – WISH
Our WISH (Windshield Integrated System Headliner) solution meets the growing demand for expansive panoramic windshields. Designed to deliver an immersive experience, WISH offers passengers a sense of uninterrupted visibility and spaciousness, while also ensuring optimal ergonomics, comfort, and premium perceived quality.

DOORS

In recent years, the door function has been the main protagonist of our company’s expansion, currently representing 32% of total sales. Multitechnology, maximum integration, global implementation and flexibility for handling a wide range of versions positions us as leaders regarding this function.
The door is an essential design component in which multiple features converge. It has transformed into a carrier of diverse components: electric and electronic devices, lighting, padding, and acoustic features which provide safety and comfort.
We are experts on trims for doors and mechanisms, a technological synergy that allows us to offer a broad scope of modular solutions. We develop, manufacture and sequence door panels that integrate innovative product-process technologies and materials seeking to reduce weight.
As regards mechanisms, our extensive range covers from simple power windows through to complex modules and intelligent systems. Manufacturing power windows of materials like magnesium and plastic reduces the amount of required components, resulting in decreased weight and improved properties.
Due to the product’s peculiarities, the traditional assembly chain for doors is enormously complex. Our solution is the module: it makes compatible technical and functional features with design, safety and perceived quality, while simplifying the assembly chain. Furthermore, our door modules are lighter, thanks to technological applications for lowering weight and optimizing materials.
Modules are supplied by sequencing plants, simplifying the assembly process and the management of diversity and quality, undeniably impacting global efficiency in economic terms. These solutions allow us to offer our clients an extensive technology offer, perfectly adapted to their requirements.
Plastic cassette – Door Hardware Module, DHM

Incorporates Banjo-type power windows, in single and double track versions for front doors. Plasma-treated, polyurethane waterproofing system that permits plastic applications. Another technology applied during the process is the shape of the profile for manufacturing power window tracks.
DTM Door Trim Carrier Module
This is the maximum exponent of modular integration. The door panel is transformed into an element that houses all functions and integrates waterproofing, safety, power windows and electronics. The DTM permits the same assembly sequence, simplifying assembly processes and facilitating diversity and quality in client-management, regardless of the vehicle’s models or variants.

Instrument Panel: Safety, Innovation, and Aesthetic Excellence
As a central element of the cockpit module, the instrument panel is a highly engineered structure composed of trims, foams, composites, and metals. It not only houses critical vehicle components but also functions as a key safety feature for occupants.
Seamless Leather Passenger Airbag (PAB) System
We were the first in the industry to develop and supply a seamless leather PAB system. Achieving a “burst-through” leather design required pioneering manufacturing techniques and precision cutting methods. We offer seamless airbag-compatible instrument panels across various surface finishes—soft-touch foam-in-place, laminated, and hard plastic—ensuring both safety and premium aesthetics.
Print Mold Design (PMD)
An industry breakthrough, PMD technology enables injection molding with shaped, double-sided screen-printed foils up to 1 mm thick. The material is resistant to scratching, fading, and cracking, and supports high-volume production—making it ideal for creating distinctive, durable interior elements.
IMC PVC Surface Technology
