Inoxil: High temperature blow-out protection in exhaust systems
The stainless steel wool products of Dezhoud DBW Autoparts Co Ltd work in exhaust systems as compensation elements e.g. in perforated areas of tubes and baffles. The choice of the right quality decides for the durability of the acoustic system as separate applied product or in combination with mineral fibers or textile glass fibers (e.g. biosil® and powertex®).
Dezhoud DBW Autoparts offers a wide product portfolio produced of high-temperature resistant stainless steel wool qualities 1.4113, 1.4841 and inoxil®. We have developed inoxil®especially for the economical application in temperature fields over 1,000°C. Of course, our stainless steel wool is recyclable.
Powertex: High temperature and acoustic insulation in exhaust systems
For extrem temperature exhaust systems and silencer direct filling: powertex®. The excellent sound absorbency of this textile glass fiber sets a new standard and represents a significant contribution to the techniques of noise reduction in modern vehicles. Environmentally friendly, the new glass formulation of powertex® continuous filament also offers high corrosion resistance and thermal durability.
Heat and vibration are no problem for powertex®. As there is zero blow-out, even under the harshest conditions, the volume of the continuous filament is maintained for long periods. The result: excellent acoustic absorption and thermal insulation over the entire life of the muffler.
Biosil: Our biosoluble absorption material
With our product biosil® a recyclable biosoluble mineral wool, we increase the efficiency of advanced exhaust gas systems for internal combustion engines. biosil® sustainably enhances the sound-absorbing properties compared with existing continuous fibers. This product thus underscores the competence of Dezhoud BW Autoparts as a partner for products for thermal insulation and acoustic absorption.
biosil® is absolutely non-harmful to humans in accordance with German resp. EU ordinances, since biosil® bears the RAL Quality Label. This inter alia means that we are continuously controlled in the manufacturing of this product by external independent examiners.
Further product advantages of biosil® are its high sound absorption and thermal insulation. Moreover, we offer tailoring up to modular production for this product.
